Her eyes are a blue color as well. She has a rather curvy figure. Mainly due the strict training and diet her father had her do. On her arms are faints scares. Her skin is pale peachy color.
She got some inhuman features. These features can be retracted at will. She got sharp pointed teeth, sharp fingernails, and pointed ears. And believe it or not... a scale covered tail! Of course...she rarely displays them in public.

She seems like the perfect student and worker. Diligent, polite, and a team player. She knows how to get people going. Kou is rather dense to emotions and as such, has no clue to anything like romance [and stuff like that]. She easily a prankster and can be a drama queen. Also, she is rather understanding and calm.
However, she got a wild side. This side is willing to do anything to win [from flirting to using sex appeal]. She can be rebellious and a a free spirited soul. She enjoys living her life by her choices and her decisions alone. She can be rather vulgar [cursing, getting into fist fights, causing mayhem] but she doesn't try to anything serious...XD

Liquid Molecules Manipulation and Creation: Kagerou has the ability to modify water molecules. Meaning she can manipulate all three states of matter regarding the substance: from liquids to solids! The most common form of liquids she can manipulate is regular water/ice. This can be a deadly ability…By placing a hand on a surface she can absorb liquids and use them later. If she uses them against organic objects she can cause dehydration to the objects if she isn’t careful. This cannot be used on human/humanoid beings. To use this ability in it's fullest extent, she must be in a humid/wet area. Cause though she can create water, it takes a lot of energy. After a long period of time using her powers, she gets tired easily. To counter this, she eats lots and lots of food to keep her energy reserves high.
Demon Traits - She got high superhuman traits, originating from her demon father. She has higher senses - especially sight, hear, and smell. She can track people down with scent [though there are means to mask it] and can read people with her keen sense of smell. However this can hampered as well be useful. She also process a rapid healing factor. Not as extreme as some [*coughs* Wolverine *coughs*] but must faster then most. She can be up and going even after she broke a leg in an hour or two. She has natural pain tolerance and high endurance. However, sometimes she can't sense she is overworking herself. Meaning she might faint from exhausting or blood loss. She higher speed [not as fast as those heroes who specialize in speed...Only 1/8th as fast] and has higher durability. However, her strength is not as enhanced for demons. In terms of strength, she is a runt among demons. For she can only lift things twice her size with one hand.
Her powers need lots of energy. Like her liquid manipulation and creation.
Martial Arts - She is skilled in eerily similar martial art symbols to modern and ancient martial arts of Earth. She specializes in swords play however she can hold her own in physical combat. Her physical combat style is more of a free style of acrobatics and using her feet as an offensive maneuvers.

Seigyoku Hanone - Sometimes shortened as Seigyoku Hanone. A regal and facy looking Katana. It is passed from her father to her. It looks like an ordinary but over fancy sword, but it isn't. It radiant with a demonic energy. It has a few abilities, however it's main ability to enhance her control over liquids. It can store liquids into it's blade for later use. Finally, the last known ability is a protective measure. Seigyoku can think by itself, to a limited extent. So it can ward off thieves/enemies/unfriendly people by giving them a ice burn rash. Sometimes even worse. Of course, Juan can allow people to touch/hold Hyouenma normally if they are friendly/allies. They just cannot use the powers.
It also can return to the user's hand from a short distance when the user calls it name.
Daggers - Regular and various forms of daggers. They can be used as throwing and close combat.
Various types of bombs : Bombs of all sort. She is love explosives...so it is is no surprise. They are made in not a normal and modern manner. They are usually small. The size of a tennis ball. Most bombs are flash bombs. However she also got stun bombs, sleep bombs, and the normal bombs. Her favorite bombs to make are the freeze bombs. This is because when they explode, they cover in the area in a thin layer of snow and ice. Enough of these babies combined with her powers can cause a minute blizzard for a short period of time.

ONCE UPON A DECEMBER!
Backstory---[/center]History- Kouryuu was born to a noble human women and a inhuman father. Her father was a demon lord and clan leader of the Dragon demons.
He was a immensely powerful demon. In fact, in his true size, he is about as big as a mountain and can summon a miniature ice age.
How they got together? Well, the demon lord whisked her up and saved her some bandits Her mother's father [her grandfather] was so thankful, that he invited . They married, did what married couples do on their honeymoon a lot, and WHAM! Nine months later, Kouryuu was born.
Kouryuu was not and has not been the emo "I don't give a fuck" queen. In fact, she used to be a bundle of sunshine and was pretty optimistic. She adored her parents and her people. Her parents adored and spoiled her. Heck, even the peasants, find it too hard to be mad at her for long even with her curious and trouble making nature. However it all changed one day, when she was picking flowers in a meadow for her mother. Suddenly,she heard screaming along with smelling smoke, fire, and...blood?! Rushing home as fast as possible, she watched in horror to see her village being destroyed by enemy invaders. She ran home and found out her father was fighting with a old enemy of his. Confused and afraid, she watched in fear as the two high classed demon lords duke it out. Kouryuu's mother, who was rather bleeding badly, told Juan to grab her things and run. Not wanting to leave her parents, her mother pushed her into a hidden door after she handed Kouryuu her stuff, and then locked the hidden exit.
Having no choice, Kouryuu ran to a nearby allied village. After running for a couple hours straight while avoiding enemy troops. She finally arrived at the village which was located in the snowy mountains in the north. She then collapsed out of exhaustion, tiredness, and hunger. When she woke up, she was in a cabin in a fluffy bed. It turned out her uncle [on her mother's side and who lived in the village] was the one who nursed her back to health. Juan, panicky and in a rushed tone, asked what happened to her village. Her uncle, in a grim tone, told her village was gone. It was wiped off the map. There was no survivors.
Juan, in depression, cut her hair and binded her chest, and signed up for the academy. She was soon to be revealed to be a high skilled sword user with lots of potential to grow into. Her magical talents were even higher. Because she has a human heart and emotions, she can in some ways be stronger then a pure blooded demon. Plus she was stubborn [ a trait from humans] and she won't back down. Soon, she graduated from the academy with full honors at the age of 14. Let's just say she may not be a genius but she was hard worker. She then became a "Hunter" a person who's job is to take down rouge villains out of control. On the side, she dabbled in technology and magical arts. Using some textbook alchemy combined with science, she managed to create her trusty various bombs and her goggles.
She was quiet famous, well infamous to the crooks, and was one of the top Hunters. She was rather skilled at supernatural based crimes and capture. She gained the title "Ryuujin" a title previously owned by her father. It was known to belong to the most powerful dragon demon of her world. Her having that title was astounding, for she was a FEMALE and a halfbreed. You may be asking what is the problem with being a halfbreed and a female? Well, females are usually regarded as the weakest gender. Half breeds were said to never compare to the might of a pure blood. So, she was a record breaker! Booyah! Take that you damn elders geezers and discriminating council! Pay back time!
Kouryuu soon had to face a mass murdering demon. He was a dragon demon, so they sent her. Much to her shock it was an eerily familiar face. Turned out he was her half brother. He stated because their father meet Kouryuu's mother, his mother was tossed aside and forgotten. Because of that, he was view as an outcast and filth/trash. Now he has came for revenge, first on her mother then on Kouryuu. It turned out he was the reason why her village was destroyed so easily. This enraged Kouryuu and a fight appeared, their energy clashed and a blackhole appeared and sucked them into it. Kouryuu didn't know where here half-brother went, but she landed in Japan. She was found by an elderly couple with her stuff, plus a blue pearl. Deciding to explain her situation, she told them her story. The couple believed her and adopted the girl, giving her papers and identity.
Deciding to see the world, Kouryuu moved to Jump City. There, she began to make a living as a student along with a delivery girl along with working in book store. She also dabbled with electronics and technology which fascinated her so much. Sometimes she even takes them apart to see how they work! She now is 17 and in her last year of high school. Overall, a boring and carefree life right now.
